Katie earned her undergraduate BA in Theology from the University of Notre Dame and worked as a pro-life lobbyist, before she became a full-time mother. She serves as the director of Feminine Genius Inc, a non-profit that seeks to offer to every woman the good news of the new feminism and the beauty of femininity. Sister Jane Dominic Laurel, O.P.

Sister Jane Dominic Laurel, O.P., is a member of the Saint Cecilia Congregation of Dominican Sisters of Nashville, Tennessee. She holds a Doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome, Italy, and is an Assistant Professor of Theology at Aquinas College in Nashville. Sister has been active in her community’s teaching apostolate for over fifteen years and assists with the theological formation of the newest members of her religious congregation. In addition to contributing articles to several Catholic journals and magazines, including L’Osservatore Romano, Sister has also appeared on EWTN, served as Spiritual Promoter for the Third Order Dominicans, and presented on topics related to theology, religious life, and marriage and family, speaking at various conferences, as well as to parenting groups, university students, religious women, priests, and seminarians. Among her audiences have been students of the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas, the North American College, Loyola Chicago, Vanderbilt University, Franciscan University of Steubenville, St. Mary’s College, and the University of Notre Dame.
Pat Gohn

Pat Gohn has a (2008) and a MA in Theology and Christian Ministry from Franciscan University of SteubenvilleCertificate in Adult Formation Leadership from University of Dayton (2011). She writes regular columns at Patheos, Catholic Mom, Amazing Catechists, and her blog, “The Back Porch“ and has long contributed to online faith-based sites like Faith and Family, Catholic Lane, Catholic Exchange, and elsewhere. Pat is currently writing a series on the catechism in Catholic Digest magazine for the Year of Faith.
Pat’s podcast, Among Women, is a program for Catholic women that celebrates their faith and life. With over 150 episodes, Among Women focuses on faith sharing, teaching, and conversation. Father John Corbett

Fr. Corbett grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and came to know the Dominicans through family members in the Order, through St. Patrick’s Parish, and through attending Providence College, from which he graduated in 1973 with a B.A. in Political Science. Fr. Corbett joined the Dominicans in the summer of 1974 and was ordained a priest on May 12th, 1980. He completed his Licentiate in Sacred Theology in 1981 and began to teach moral theology as well as the Development of Western Civilization at Providence College. Three years later he began his doctoral studies under Servais Pinckaers, O.P., at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland and was awarded his Ph.D. after completing his dissertation on the theology of virtue in the thought of Thomas Aquinas. Fr. Corbett was appointed to the Faculty of the Pontifical College Josephinum in Columbus, Ohio, in 1991, and spent the next seven years teaching various courses in moral theology, as well as offering retreats, spiritual direction, and personal formation for seminarians.
Joining the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception in the Fall of 1998, Fr. Corbett teaches in the area of fundamental moral theology and the theology of the virtues, covering material from the Prima Secundae and the Secunda Secundae in four sequential courses. He also offers seminars in Thomistic Action Theory, Contemporary Interpretations of Natural Law, as well as a seminar in the thought of Charles Taylor and Alasdair MacIntyre. He is interested in developing courses on the Ethics of Homicide, as well as on the Development of Casuistry in the Catholic Church.
